Floppy pipes: antibiotics fast, norepinephrine early, fluids on purpose.
ED septic shock bundle: recognition, lactate, cultures, antibiotics within one hour, targeted fluid resuscitation, early norepinephrine to a MAP of 65, and vasopressin/steroid escalation with source control.
