By accessing or using EM Crash Cart, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Subscription & Billing
EM Crash Cart offers monthly ($7.99/mo) and annual ($70/yr) subscription plans. All subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact support within 14 days of the charge.
4. Medical Disclaimer
EM Crash Cart is an educational tool for emergency medicine professionals. It is not a substitute for clinical judgment, formal training, or institutional protocols. Always verify information and follow your facility's guidelines.
5. Account & Conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to share login credentials or use the app for unauthorized commercial purposes.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
