Trauma Resuscitation & Massive Transfusion
Stop the bleeding, give blood, keep them warm.
Damage-control resuscitation for the bleeding trauma patient: hemorrhage control first, balanced 1:1:1 blood product transfusion, TXA within 3 hours, permissive hypotension, and aggressive correction of the lethal triad.
